When Toronto experienced massive rainfall this past summer, our basement completely flooded. After dialing madly for a water damage restoration company, Danial was the only one who a) returned my call, and b) committed to having a crew on site that evening. He was on time, and he and his crew (including his Dad!) were expert, professional, honest, empathetic, and trustworthy. They pumped our basement, began the restoration work, and cleaned our rugs. We had flooded basement and tried to contact few companies to deal with our situation. 5stardryall was one of the companies that got back to us quickly and gave us a detailed information of what exactly needed to be done and the cost and time involved to take care of our flooded basement. What a great company to turn our nighmare to amazing solution by 5 Star Emergency team, that we thought it is going to cost us arms and legs to get our basement back to normal. We got back from our vacation to nightmare, where our basement was flooded. We were panicking and not knowing what to do? Our daughter found 5 Star Cleaning on line, where they had great reviews and online reputation on water damage services, From the moment we called 5 Star Cleaning to having his crew on site was about an hour. They were very professional, ready, prepared to work and very pleasant customer services in emergency situation we had. Danial explained all the details of what is going to be done and what to expect next 4 days while their equipment’s are working to dry the area. We called Five Star cleaning to clean our wet rug and carpet in basement. When Bob came he explain in details that not only we need the clean the rug and carpet, but also first we have to dry the basement first, get rids off wet under pad then the drying process take place. to prevent any mold and mildew formation later. We agreed, they did all that. We were very happy with the their cleaning services. After 2 weeks of job done, our carpet and rugs are dry and very fresh , no smell or signs of mold. That is why I would like to thank Bob for doing such an excellent job. We recommend them to others.
We had flooded basement. We called few companies and 5 Star was the first company to respond and with the estimate and cost we were happy. They did amazing job in restoring our stuff and basement, Since we were very happy with their emergency services and customer services we asked 5 Star rug cleaning did clean very well 3 large size, handmade rugs needed to be cleaned since I bought them 7 years ago. The cleaning result was outstanding. They were punctual both on pickup and delivery. they were very polite and great customer services. We were very happy with services and cost. After few X-mass and New Year parties at my house My rugs and carpets were needed to be clean big time. Based on Five Star cleaning great online reviews and customer satisfaction with no hesitancy I called them up. Honestly, we were very impressed with their in house carpet cleaning and stain removal and also with their rugs cleaning services at their plant. We couple hardly recognize our rugs after cleaning when dropped off, amazingly cleaned and very fresh. Bob and his crew from 5 Star Flood emergency company were very fast, efficient and professional for taking care of our flooded basement with wet carpets and so on from beginning to end of the project..
