My family recently experienced a nightmare scenario that every homeowner dreads – water damage in the basement due to a malfunctioning washing machine. Saturday night we noticed lots of water in our basement, and we weren’t sure who to call and what to do. My parents asked me to find help online to clean up the water. I was recommended 5 star cleaning through homestars. They arrived within the hour and started the work. We really appreciated Danial’s calm demeanour and he helped explain the process step by step. We claimed the work through insurance, and they reimbursed us for all the work Danial and his team preformed. After 4 days of letting the equipment dry our basement, he also recommended a professional contractor to fix our walls and baseboards that were damaged.

I needed rug cleaning services for my moms house, she had 5 Persian rugs that needed to be cleaned. I was recommended 5 star cleaning by a colleague from work. They were nice to my mother, had the rugs cleaned very well and delivered for free back to her house. A couple of the rugs look brand new!
